    Our organic shampoo is blended with aloe vera, and extracts of nettle, lavender and chamomile to gently cleanse, strengthen and help protect your hair. Suitable for all hair types. Made with over 70% organic ingredients. Naturally fragranced with plant extracts and essential oils. 

    1L refills sold in glass bottles with an aluminium screw cap.

    Did you know that since 2021 our 250ml shampoo, body wash and conditioner bottles have been made of sugarcane rather than traditional plastic? We believe this is a first in Scotland. Refill in-store or at home or dispose of bottle, rinsed out and separated from its pump, in your household mixed-recycling bin.

    Lovely smell and good for my hair

    I am trying this as seaweed is supposed to help menopausal hair loss. The aloe vera will hopefully calm my scalp down too. So far, so good. It also smells nice.

    Wonderful shampoo

    This shampoo is great. I have sensitive skin/scalp and some of the ingredients in shampoos can cause irritation. This shampoo has none of those ingredients.So, I am very happy with this shampoo. And it has a lovely smell as well.

    Delighted!

    Lovely shampoo which leaves my hair soft, shiny and less prone to frizz. It feels very natural and my hair feels stronger and scalp feels more healthy after use - other shampoos leave me with itchiness and irritation, but this doesn't. The last thing to note is its smell - the peppermint fragrance is surprisingly lovely and brings a real sense of freshness to my locks!

    Best shampoo

    I discovered The Highland Soap Company while watching a BBC news coverage about snowy weather in Scotland and I saw the shop in Pitlochry. I had been looking for some good shampoo with natural ingredients and this company looked like they could supply it. I have not been disappointed its lathers well and leaves my hair soft and shiny. I will definitely be ordering again.
