    Product okay, customer service not so

    Five stars for the product but two for their service. Having placed the order but not received an acknowledgment, I contacted them via their website twice over a couple of days (using different email addresses) to ask for confirmation – but no reply.
    I received the order but found that one of the bottles was leaking. As the accompanying paperwork had an email address, I emailed them to point out that there was a manufacturing/packaging error. They replied offering a refund or replacement for the ‘damaged’ item. I replied that my message was to notify them of a quality issue with their system – no reply.

    Hi Philip, I am sorry that the response is slow - after Christmas most of our team have a few days off. It sounds like the cap on the bottle was not screwed on tightly enough. A leak like this is pretty unusal but I am glad that our team offered a refund or replacement. Do let us know so that we can send them. Best wishes, Archie.
