Zero Waste - No Nasties - Gorgeous Hair

Tips for using shampoo bars: Wet your hair and rub the bar over the hair to create a creamy lather. You will need to use plenty of water. If you feel there isn’t enough lather, just add more water! Some people like to use a diluted cider vinegar as a conditioning rinse. Put a splash of vinegar in a jug of water and use it after rinsing all of the shampoo out of your hair. As you pour it over your hair you will notice how your hair becomes immediately soft and silky. Then do a final rinse. Avoid contact with eyes as it will sting. If you get it in your eyes rinse with plenty of water.

Good to know: If you are using an all-natural shampoo bar for the first time, it may take some time for your hair and scalp to get used to it as it goes through a period of “detox”. It takes a while for the chemicals that have built up on your hair to be washed out and your scalp may also take some time to get back to producing its natural amount of sebum again. During this time your hair may feel “gunky”, greasy, dull or drier than usual. Please persevere – it’ll be worth it! Please be aware that not all shampoo bars are natural. Most of the round discs made with little noodles may contain chemicals (e.g. SLS) which are found in many liquid shampoos and not only terrible for you, but also the aquatic system.

    Shampoo Bars.

All your shampoo bars are excellent. I would never go back to a liquid shampoo again.

    Excellent alternative to liquid shampoo

This does exactly what it says, without compromising on performance compared to liquid shampoos. It lasts for ages and does the job of both shampoo and conditioner, so is much cheaper, as well as being environmentally friendly. One other thing is it holds its shape pretty well too, no disintegrating into unuseable little bits

    Great shampoo bar!

I’ve just received my shampoo bar and already tried it. It work very well and I’m pleased with it.
I haven’t been using shop bought shampoos and conditioners for a year already so my hair was free from any chemicals so this shampoo bar worked amazingly on my hair.
The only slight disappointment I had is the smell 🙈 I ordered seaweed shampoo bar but it strongly smells of peppermint but that’s ok, it still deserves a 5 star rating. Definitely will be ordering other varieties of shampoo bars in the future from this shop🔥

    Very Pleased

I’ve tried other shampoo bars before and didn’t like them. I purchased the raspberry and the seaweed bars in an attempt to reduce plastic. I’ve only tried the raspberry one so far and absolutely love it. My hair feels so much healthier. Even managed to convert my husband.
I first thought they were quite expensive but they last so long, I think they might be cost effective.
