Citrus bergamia (Bergamot) essential oil. This clear oil has a dry, floral, citrus aroma, and is taken from the peel. It has both a soothing and uplifting effect, as well as being gently antiseptic. Bergamot derives its name from the Italian town of Bergamo where the fruit essence was first sold.
