Wild Scottish Raspberry Bubble Bath 500ml

When the product finally arrived it smells good although hasn’t really been put to the test in a bath yet so the jury is still out.

Based upon the service I received I wouldn’t use this company again. The delivery was extremely late Taking a total of two weeks to Arrive.

When proceeding to check out, it’s stipulates that they use Royal Mail 48 hours service at a cost to yourself of £3.95. Obviously this product didn’t arrive in 48 hours. I sent an email to sales to enquire about a refund on my postage to which I was told no they wouldn’t be refunding my postage as it’s 48 hours from the time that they dispatch the item! They do not tell you this when purchasing products and checking out at the till so be wary when you purchase that it may actually take longer than 48 hours and that you’re not automatically entitled to a refund of your postage. They then proceeded to blame Royal mail even when I received an email of dispatch it still took longer than 48 hours to arrive at my house and still I wasn’t entitled to a refund of my postage.

I really do think in this instance that the right and moral thing to have done would’ve been to have refunded my postage given the fact that the item took two weeks to arrive at my house.

It might be worth thinking of using a different courier rather than Royal Mail who appear to keep letting you down, (so I was informed)

The whole process has just left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth and for that reason I would not use this company again!
