At The Highland Soap Company, we are dedicated to making sure all our guests feel welcome, comfortable and cared for.

Parking and Entrance

🚗 Disabled Parking:
Reserved parking bays are located right next to the main entrance.

🚪 Step-Free Access:
Our entire Visitor Centre and Café are on one level, making it easy for wheelchairs, scooters, and prams to get around.

Inside the Centre and Café

🔊 Hearing Loop:
A hearing loop system is available at our checkout area to assist visitors with hearing aids.

🛒 Accessible Checkouts:
Our checkout has a lower counter section designed for wheelchair users.

☕ Spacious Café Layout:
Tables are widely spaced to allow smooth and easy movement throughout the Larder Café.

🐶 Guide Dogs Welcome:
All dogs, including and especially guide dogs, are welcome. We have dog bowls on request (and puppuccinos!).

Toilets and Changing Facilities

♿ Accessible Bathroom:
We provide a large, comfortable disabled bathroom equipped for all needs.

👶 Baby Changing:
Baby changing facilities are available in all toilets, including the accessible bathroom.
